CABAÑAS SHIRIPUNO
The 8 cabins have a total capacity of 24 visitors. They are built from typical
local materials to minimize the impact on the environment. Accommodation
in double
rooms with private bathrooms.
SUPPORT
All soaps and detergents are biodegradable. Used waters go to a septic tank. All biodegradable refuse is
buried for natural composting. Paper is burn, plastics and glass is taken
regularly to Coca for recycling. There is no electricity on the site.

WHAT TO BRING
o Original passport
o Flashlight or torch
o Camera and film (200 and 400 asa)
o Binoculars, 10x42 and waterproof (optional, but highly recommended)
o Sun screen lotion
o Insect repellent (NOT SPRAY)
o Hat or Cap and sun glasses
o Biodegradable soap & shampoo
o Personal first aid kit
o Raingear, Windbreaker or sweater
o Bathing suit
o Towels
o Long sleeve shirts
o T-shirts 2-3
o Shorts / cotton socks, a pair per day
o Nice trousers (dress pants) and jeans are not recommended
o Comfortable walking shoes or tennis shoes and sandals
o Rubber boots are provided as a courtesy
o Plastic bags for wet clothes
